Camp regulations
- All people competing in the soloist or solo dance category and practicing competitive figure skating can take part in the camp.
- Persons under 18 years of age should be registered by legal guardians who consent to their participation in classes.
- The organizer reserves the right to close the list of participants earlier if the pool of available places is exhausted.
- Each Participant should have appropriate sports equipment.
- Wearing jewelry and ornaments during classes is prohibited.
- The course participant is obliged to follow the coach’s instructions.
- The class participant is obliged to behave in a way that does not pose a threat to other class participants.
- The participant is obliged to take care of the good condition of the facilities, provided sports equipment and the training area.
- Participants are responsible for any damage caused by their fault. The participant should cover any resulting losses.
- The participant is obliged to comply with the rules of classes, regulations and other regulations in force at the facilities used.
- The participant declares that he has no health contraindications to participate in the classes.
- The participant should have valid personal accident insurance covering the practice of the sport selected as part of the classes.
- Before starting to perform the exercises indicated by the instructor, each Participant has the right to refuse to perform them, considering them dangerous to their health. If an exercise exceeds the exerciser’s physical capabilities, he or she should report it to the instructor.
- In the event of an injury, contusion or unwell condition, the participant should immediately contact the instructor and inform him about his condition.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any negative consequences for the Participant’s health resulting from participation in exercises during sports activities organized in accordance with all sports rules.
- In the event of inappropriate behavior of a class participant, including behavior that threatens the health, life, safety of himself or herself and other participants, or behavior that disorganizes and hinders the conduct of classes for the group, the instructor has the right to impose consequences on him or her, including exclusion from performing exercises selected by the trainer and a ban on participation. in a given training session, up to and including removal from the class. If a participant is removed from classes due to his/her fault, the participant is not entitled to a refund.
- In the event of cancellation of the camp, the refund will be reduced by the amount of the advance payment constituting the organizational fee and the place reservation fee in the amount of:
- More than 60 days before the start of the camp – 10% of the payment – place reservation fee
- 30-60 days before the start of the camp – 20% of the payment – fee for booking a place
- 20-30 days before the start of the camp – 50% of the payment – place reservation fee
- Less than 20 days before the start of the camp – 75% of the payment – place reservation fee
- Less than 7 days before the start of the camp – 90% of the payment – place reservation fee
- In case of cancellation during the camp, the payment amount is not refundable.
In the event of a participant’s resignation, he or she may designate a person who meets the requirements and will assume the obligations arising from the contract. In such a case, the participant will receive a refund of 100% of the amount paid if the person designated by him pays 100% of the camp fee within the deadline set by the Organizer.
- If the participant’s skills questionnaire completed in the application form turns out to be significantly different from the skills presented by the competitor, he or she may be transferred to a lower group if there are vacancies there. Otherwise, he may be excluded from some classes. This does not entitle you to a refund of the camp costs incurred.
- Absence from paid classes due to the participant’s fault or as a result of “force majeure” does not entitle you to a refund.
- If the classes are not held due to the Organizer’s fault or force majeure, the participant is entitled to a refund only of the training costs.
- If necessary, the Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the contract and price (especially in the case of contractors’ activities). The Organizer is obliged to notify the Participant about this orally, in writing or by e-mail. The Participant should notify the Organizer of acceptance of the conditions or resignation within 3 days from the date of receipt of the notification. Lack of such information will be treated as acceptance of the new conditions. If, for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, in particular due to bad weather conditions, it is not possible to carry out classes as planned on a given day, the Organizer will ensure the implementation of other classes with maximum use of sports equipment.
- The organizer is not responsible for items left in the dressing room.
- Only healthy people can take part in the classes.
- The participant consents to the publication of the image in promotional materials and social media of the organizer and entities cooperating in the implementation of the contract.
- The administrator of personal data is the Organizer.
- The organizer processes the data entrusted to it only for the purpose of implementing the contract regarding the organization of sports activities
- The parents or legal guardians of the event participant who is under 18 years of age consent to the processing of his or her personal data by the Organizer in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the organization of the event. Parents/legal guardians and participants have the right to access their personal data and correct or delete it.
- Participant’s complaints are accepted within 14 days from the end of the event in writing (the date of submission to the Organizer or the date of the postmark is decisive). Complaints relating directly to the facility or services should be reported on site.
- Complaints sent after the deadline specified in section 29 will not be considered.
- All disputes not included in these regulations will be resolved by the Organizer.
